1. Your Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer purchasing from us via distance contract (online), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This right is granted under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and the Swedish Distansavtalslagen (SFS 2005:59).
The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you, physically receives the goods.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return and refund under the right of withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original, unopened condition, with the original seal intact.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- You must notify us of your intention to withdraw before the 14-day period expires.
For hygiene and consumer safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or partially used food supplement products. This exception applies in accordance with Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, which permits exclusion of the right of withdrawal for sealed goods that are not suitable for return once the seal has been broken, where this is specified prior to purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please notify us in writing within the 14-day period via one of the following methods:

You may use the EU standard withdrawal form (available on request) or simply send a written statement clearly expressing your decision to withdraw.
4. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

5. Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days of the day we receive the returned goods or proof of postage, whichever is earlier. The refund will include the purchase price of the product and the standard delivery charge originally paid (but not any expedited shipping upgrade). Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
6. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Swedish Konsumentköplagen (Consumer Sales Act).
7. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Return Policy limits or affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Swedish or EU law. You retain all rights provided by applicable legislation, including the right to complain about non-conforming goods. Complaints may also be directed to the Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN): www.arn.se.
